Kennels can’t access chip data

If local kennels that take in strays can’t access your database to check a chip, then no one’s dogs are safe. Rescues are under enough pressure without keeping dogs for weeks and having to beg others with access to find out who the dog belongs to.

Easy transfer of owner

Easy transfer of owner, i bought a second hand dog :) already chipped, i was stressing about the change of owner but it was super easy online to switch details. Not had anything negative to report.

Damn

Damn, I'm so glad I ran into your company! I have a German Shepherd and it is quite moody and constantly runs far away on walks, thanks to your microchip, I immediately find my dog, but at first it was difficult to figure out how to track it. Keep up the good work!

Not the best but not the worst

The process of changing pet details was a bit of a task. Certainly other microchip companies make the process much easier. I work in a vet surgery and found this company to not be as good as other.
However, having said that, Bree who dealt with my request over email has been absolutely brilliant. She has sorted it all out for me and made the issue much easier to handle without me needing to shout at my computer.
