Excellent Service

I realised today that our male Labrador was registered as a female, since 2018, how could I have not noticed?
I emailed and Bree replied within 30 minutes confirming the details had been amended.
Great service, thank you.

Diane was amazing

I got myself in a right muddle with transferring my micro chips to new owners of my kittens /
But Diane came to the rescue she was more than helpful.

Could be improved

I'm not a fan of contact having to be made via email ‐ sometimes you just need to speak to a human to go through a few things. The phone numbers that are shown on the Internet for Smarttrace don't work. I got sent microchips that had puppy pack vouchers in them - I had to email to find out if they were valid and was told they weren't, they had now stopped, they just had residual stock to use basically. One of the needles, so far was broken so had to email and request a replacement. This may have been due to the way they posted with no real packaging inside. I'm also not a fan of having to set up an account for the customer but as long as they have an email, this is fairly simple. I like the nano size and also that I can do a free transfer to the owner - If it wasn't for these two factors, I don't think I would particularly use this company.

Log-in Problems

We recently adopted a rescue cat and needed to change the microchip owners' details. To do this we had to create an account with SmartTrace, but had many problems logging-in. Diane was our designated helper and she proved to be absolutely great at sorting out all of our difficulties. Our cat is now registered to us and if she gets lost we have a greater chance of recovering her. Thank you Diane for a great job.

I inherited my late dad's poodle and…

I inherited my late dad's poodle and had some difficulties transferring the chip to my name, as it appeared to still be in the name of the breeder dad rescued him from. Bree took up the query and resolved it swiftly so the chip was transferred to me, putting my mind at rest, so very happy with the service I received. Thank you!

Brilliant service

Shocking.. stay away

Shocking... ordered dog food 3 weeks ago and no sign of the ordered items. When I rang them, quickly got told that it will be resend but nothing received. That happened 3 times, 3 times the same lies. No refund and no items received. Absolute disgrace and shame of such a customer service.
